I agree with others, it doesn't really matter much. That is like asking if a wife tells her husband if he buys her a new car, they can have a threesome, and he does it, is that prostitution? It gets all silly pretty fast. My take on a pro domme would be someone who seeks out clients and sees that as her profession, part time or full time, but in the end, it doesn't really matter. The big different between the act as a 'pro' and lifestyle is that as a pro, you are giving the client what they want, whereas in a lifestyle one it is two ways (outside the money)...thus, if a sub husband takes out his domme wife to a nice dinner, after buying her a new dress, and they go home and she does a number on him, it is they both are getting something out of the relationship (hopefully it isn't that she is doing it simply for the dress and dinner, but then again, who knows?), whereas with a pro it is them giving the other person what they want, without it being really about them (other than maybe getting paid for it, quid pro quo, whatever in kind).
As long as you don't mind doing it and can use the money, then I don't see the big deal with it..and who knows, maybe someday you would like to try doing it more often:). I suspect when you find someone to have a relationship with, you won't want to keep doing it with guys for $$$, prob will lose interest in it, but other than that, try to have fun with it if it happens again:)
