You are right about the law, Ed, but the discussion here was about the brain/hormone physiology that 'triggered' the Old Warrior's quick response. If the frontal cortex surrenders executive control he was not acting 'willfully' and I wonder about the degrees of responsibility. Not saying society should not be protected from him.

I'm throwing possibilities out there just as everyone else the only exception being, I'm not giving any grace to Reeves. As a gun carrier, I am very much aware when I enter an establishment on what their policies are and as a patron I abide by their policies. I don't know, call me crazy, I just call it being responsible and aware.
