Status: offline 		Gotcha. I was trying to figure out how this had turned into a gun debate when the guy was stabbed.

My grandfathers gun sat loaded every night by the front door, never did it get up and decide to shoot someone on its own behalf.

Status: offline 		Well as a site they could make it harder for predators. Maybe require information like real names addresses and verifiable contact information before posts can be made. That should slow down illegal activities.

You know maybe a background check... oh wait that's for something else.

Not so far fetched considering how some people trip  over or drop guns and maim or kill.

I could trip while carrying a screwdriver or a pot of boiling water and accidentally harm someone standing near me or myself. In all of those examples one could argue that I was armed with a "weapon".

It's the same concept as the banning Pit Bull frenzy. Blame the dog and not the owner.
