Verily, verily, I have powerful orgasms regardless of whether squirting takes place. Squirting just makes it...wetter. And with me, it's not right away in the moment. There are times when I'm not aware of where the clitoral/vaginal(G-spot) ones started and ended, or which was more pleasurable. All I know is the former for greater intensity of a shorter duration, the latter for less intensity but of longer duration. When the waves crash simultaneously, I'm not giving it much rational thought, if you know what I mean.
As for faking an orgasm, I haven't had to do that in almost 30 years. That was to get my live-in boyfriend to stop going down on me for the second time after I'd already come twice, and he'd already fucked me. He wasn't happy with his sexual prowess unless I had more than 1-2. It actually became tedious after a couple years, feeling like I was part of an Olympics qualifying team. [8D]
