Now I realize that in right-wing-world....terms like "guilty" and "not guilty" are interchangeable and redefinable ,depending on what advantages republicans....but normal folks and the 'interwebs' know a liar when they see one.

You are absolutely right.

The NYT did a big article about how expensive is is to have your mug shot removed from internet databases once it's published, and that the existence of the photo during background checks does many people harm. It seems more than wrong to publish such photos of arrestees who have been exonerated or had their cases dismissed without a conviction.
