First it was hello kitty bubble guns, then a pop tart in the shape of a gun, now this: quote:
10-Year-Old Ohio Boy Suspended for Making Fingers in Shape of a Gun Ten-year-old Nathan Entingh was recently suspended from school for three days for making his fingers in the shape of a gun. His father, Paul Entingh, says that the boy was "goofing off" with his friends in fifth grade science class when the teacher took him out of the room, invoking Ohio's zero-tolerance policy. Than was suspended on Feb. 26 for "making his fingers look like a gun, having the thumb up and the pointed finger sticking out." His father added: source It is this kind of thing that really makes it hard to take gun law reform proponents seriously. I honestly am waiting for some 1st grader to get expelled for writing the word "gun" and a sheet of paper and holding it at arm's length.
