Some are just lazy, some never get past the photo, some are just trolls fishing for whatever might take the bait. You can either let it tie you in knots or learn to laugh at it. I get some too from folks who just weren't paying any attention. Got one from a married woman wanting to know if I would take her into the woods and beat her ass... I state rather clearly that I have no interest in anyone who is married or otherwise involved in a relationship. I get a lot about my name... some think its Gorean, some just think its weird (have even had a few rude remarks from folks who thought it was stupid and weird... rednecks, gotta luv'em... not.)... read my profile and I clearly explain Padriag really is my first name! Now I could let all that bug me, but most days I just laugh at it.

LOL... you fink! Do you know how many times I've been called at 3 am by this one or that who had a nightmare... an me all groggy an trying to wake up enough to be comforting and such. I've even gone so far as to read bedtime stories and poetry at that ungodly hour. I swear, it just doesn't pay to be a nice guy.

LOL Ironbear... you get those too... most of the ones I get are from some part of Africa. One or two from Russia... with love apparently.

Lots of people don't read profiles, welcome to the internet. My advice, pay attention to the ones who actually did read your profile and at least say hi back to them. As for the rest, laugh it off and get on with your day, they aren't worth you wasting any energy on.

But I am not planning to move to Europe, India or anywhere anytime soon!

Status: offline 		More than stupid, just like with the phones in the DMV, people decide that what they want it more important than what you want. It's them, and their's first.

Did the Op delete her profile? I tried looking at it, but it was just gone.....oh well.

I just do not get that much junk in my box... the more I read these kinds of threads, I have a little more sympathy for those that have the problems, and thankful that I do not.

Just one more idea, I'm beginning to think that the people sending out the e-mails are sending them in bulk, and you are right...not reading the profiles. Just throwing out the net, and seeing what they can reel in. It isn't right, but it's my idea of what these people seem to be doing.

Status: offline 		HAHAHAHAHAHAAHa lonewolf, I would have to totally agree with you. right at the corner from my shop there used to be a turning lane since painted to let people know it's no longer a turning lane......they still do it. there's an insurance commercial these days that explain not to use cell phones or do other things besides driving while you'r on the road, for safety reasons of course.........the other night I saw a woman (no offense to other here) on her cell, drinking coffee, reading a map and writing things down.......god willing she got home safe concidering she cut me off...lol

I see those people daily.. Hammering down the freeway talking on their mobile phone. It costs a few demerit points on your drivers licence and a hefty fine.

yep, we have a sugar mill and a rum distillery close too... the cane "leaves" which used to be burned is now turned into garden mulch and makes millions as a sideline. Rum converts into energy especially when you've had a few large glasses... WEG

Status: offline 		well, I read all the profiles of females in my area, but thats not many. I havent gotten contacted once. Unlike other profiles, I accualy would like to talk with people and am looking for a female thats looking for a relationship and thats into the fetish/bondage lifestyle, but a lot of people on here already have someone, or not in my area. So mabye people dont read the profiles, or they arent serious enough? Ive e-mailed a few and never got a reply, but they did read them, so i really dont know what the deal is. I have enough fun on the message boards, where everyone seems to come and post.

As on any match site, people see a pic and just start typing. I have had some wild emails..The first one from Egypt was a true trip! But I do have to say, one Dom from Australia was so polite and complimentary. He wasn't after me, per say, but all he wanted to do was compliment me. I said thank you and that was it!

But i to have gotten a few strenge mails, pepole that want 24/7 ignoring the fact that i belong to my Dom, pepole from the other side of the globe, some pepole are just to lazy to read a profile, and perhaps they think, if they send an intruductury mail to thosands of pepole, even the wrong ones, perhaps they will get lucky.

I know that after I first joined and clearly posted in my profile that I was already in a relationship, I got tons of emails from Doms who wanted me to consider them. Some were downright NASTY. Before I realized that I could block people, I diabled my profile for a while. Perhaps she is doing the same and I hope that she is still reading the replies here and will reconsider.

Nooooooooooooooooo PLEASE inform them.. They can send a deputation headed by George W himself.. I could get them all so plasted that Australia would anex the US instead. Next move is to oust our Government and place a mix of Hard Core BDSMers and Hard Arsed Goreans and we'll all be happy......
