My husband's x-rays from when he broke his knee and all of his medical records from the hospital when we were still in the military.

My dried corsage from my prom over 25 years ago.

a bunch of very old pictures from the 1800's of people that I have no idea who they are nor do any of my family that were handed down to me through the generations.

My husband's old yearbooks from his military days.

the bullets and flag from husband's funeral. I don't really consider that weird but I guess some might.

a wooden penis that I bought in Portugal because there's a small town there that is known for making them. lol

Cypress wood rosary beads from Patmos, Greece where St. John was exiled to.

I used to have ALL kinds of odd items but when I moved I either sold or gave everything away. I'm sure I have other odd and weird things if I give it some more thought. Those are things just off the top of my head.

I have a few odds and ends around. Most in storage at the moment.

A pair of ice tongs (from the days when you got a block of ice for your refrigerator)
A large hand tree saw the required 2 people to use (not sure why my grandfather had this, he was a pipe fitter by trade)
A short wave radio from the 1950's
A traffic light. Yunno the yellow thing that hangs from a wire in the middle of an intersection and turns red, yellow and green
My HP laserjet printer I bought in 1989. It still works!
A slide rule - for those who do not know what a slide rule is, it was the predecessor to the calculator.
A large wooden drafting table now being used for a hobby work table
A 22 caliper, single shot Derringer gun no bigger than the palm of your hand. Came from my grandfather. I have never fired it. Not sure it would even be safe to try
A tank parachute - a long story on how I got this
A pair of Nan chucks signed by Bruce Lee

My father use to burn, peel, burn and peel through the summer months. When I was little (who am ii kidding, straight through my teens, lol), I used to just sit and peel the skin off. It was fun trying to see how big a piece I could get out of a single pull.

As for popping zits...there's something so satisfying when all the ick comes out. Like you won the battle or something.

I don't think it is weird at all.

I didn't save belly buttons but I did save the little plastic caps that they did their circumcisions with, along with the little hospital ID bracelets they wore on their wrists and ankles. They were pretty disgusted with me for the caps and they mysteriously disappeared over time. But I still have most of their baby teeth, lol.

my boys didnt get circumcised...I did ask if could keep the tumour they took out of me three years ago. yeah that got me some strange looks..I blamed it on the morphine

Yeah....I don't have much of anything either....I think I've just gotten used to moving and living in small spaces so I keep only my essentials. Although....I do have probably a dozen boxes of stuff packed in my closets that have been there since I moved into this place 4 years ago. Not totallly sure what's in all those boxes anymore...obviously nothing I really need. But I don't think I have anything really weird......

A plaster paw impint of one of my dogs that was taken after he was euthanized
(My ex bf has a set of Jackson Pollack-ish "paw paintings" that were done by this same dog and his partner-in-crime AND he has the ashes of all his past pets)
A personally autographed (for my birthday) copy of Tim Dorsey's "Electric Barracuda"
An antique rocking chair with a broken rocker bow....that they also no longer make cushion/ruffle sets for....my grandmother's. (Forever in search of a carpenter and seamstress to bring it back to life)
A small cloth bag filled with rice.....my physical therapist suggested I make it to create custom-sized heating pad for my broken finger.
A snack tray laminated with the image of "Dogs Playing Poker"
A waterglobe of a carousel horse....that's only half full of water now.

A purple heart-shaped sponge given to me by a former classmate who wanted to 'give me her heart' after a presentation.

A duct-tape rose (another female classmate)

a tiny piece of a meteorite

A pair of brown high heels, new in the box, size 5. I have no idea how they came to be here, they're too small for my late mom, my sister (who stayed here a few months) wears a size 8, my girlfriend wears 6.5, and neither my cousin nor aunt have any idea whose they are. And obviously, they're not mine, as they are far too small and I don't swing that way. [;)]

Whew!! I'm glad to know I'm not the only one that likes to pick things on people. There is something so intimate and zen about it; so meditative, so rewarding. Some partners have tolerated this for hours on end, even to the point of using a syringe (with or without needle) for difficult extractions. It was a very bonding experience for me.

As for weird stuff:

Kitty cremains. I like knowing my departed boy is keeping watch over his current batch of 'brothers'.

Hand-written books of original poetry I wrote in my early teens, complete with rudimentary drawings of expressive eyes. Apparently I knew more then than I do now. [&:] And I never could draw worth a damn.

Several prior-generation electronics. Fetish for mp3 players and portable speakers. Ditto old laptops and tablets. Now that I run my life from a smartphone, eventually a lot of this stuff will go bye bye.

Eye glasses (mine and strangers), including the last pair my father used before passing. I wanted to see the world as he saw it (and, not surprisingly, we have similar prescriptions.)

Hmm, I don't consider the suit odd at all. I have two bags of it in the freezer. I use it for making venison sausage. Much wild game is too lean to cook without coming out like shoe leather. Ever seen a "larding needle"?

Odd things I have around:

My great grandfather's Marijuana Grower's License from WWII.
Receipts from when my grandfather was making side money as a bounty hunter during the Great Depression.
An elf stone found in a stream at about 12000 feet just below the foot of a glacier.
A canteen made from a bull's scrotum. (it was a gift, ok!)
A set of 1890s surgical tools.

A 1"x2" print of a Labrador Retriever from Cadet Candies (it looks like my dog Indigo)
A prescription of 1T of alcohol three times a day from Prohibition.
