I bet I can top what they're currently getting for them, and still come in under budget. Which is hilarious cause high grade pasture raised sweetbreads can cost you more than steak does in Europe.

I don't like the texture of sweetbreads. And tongue is a deli meat, meant for sandwiches. But years ago in New Brunswick I had the great pleasure of eating cod cheeks. The best part of the fish, hands down.
