I haven't seen them yet but the BBC recovered another 11, IIRC, episodes late last fall from a Nigerian station. It completes two serials that were incomplete.

I used to watch Dr Who as a kid - from behind a pillow, because those darm daleks scared the snot out of me, but I had to watch. I remember watching the first five doctors, and lost sight of the next few, until the one who used to be the vets brother, Tristan, in a series based on James Herriots books. Marvelous.

Even as a kid I thought the daleks were dickheads. If you walked at a brisk-ish pace, you could just get away from them. Go upstairs and drop rocks on them. Easy. On the other hand, the cybermen . . . jesus did they give me nightmares.

[:D] I've been watching the show since the early 1970's when I was only around 5 years old. My dad would let me stay up late at night to watch it with him. It's probably the best tv show ever! Torchwood is good too. I mean look at John Barrowman...hot....and then realizing he is the Face of Bo! I miss David Tennant. He was my favorite Dr. And there were sooo many good episodes. But I loved Blink and Partners in Crime. The Adipose are just soooo adorable! I wanna hold it and squeeze it and call it George. [:D]
