Psychobabble...in cases where a penis is used I maintain my position that if it were not about the sex there would be no sex. That power may be an aspect would seem self evident...if the rapist could not overpower their victim there would be no rape...but if it were the major or only aspect then no necessity for sex.
Consider the example of nevada. In those areas where prostitution is legal the incidence of rape is quite low.
