if over several months you ask support some questions and they cant seem to reply.how can you contact them and be sure they will reply?

LOL .....if you figure that out let us all know.

If you need help on the this side the forums, then you contact MOD3 but if you need help on the profile side ....sorry you have to keep e-mailing support. Sorry I am not much help...good luck to you.

wildcat1, you will need to continue to deal with Support, though I hardly think that you have been trying to get their attention for months when this account isn't that old.
