Traditionally you don't put electricity on both nipples at once because you don't want it to cross the heart and disrupt that. I would try it on a less sensitive place first to see if you can handle it or not though.

I did use mine once. Sadly, it was only once and not on her nipples. She still told me it stung and continued to sting for a while afterward. but she really did not like pain or heavy play, so YMMV.
