What are all mistresses trying to achieve? Are you assuming they all want the same thing? A Domme, Dom the same as a sub, slave don't all come out of the same mold, everyone is different with their own individual wants and style. You might find wearing diapers as humiliation erotic but that's your thing and doesn't mean all subs do or that all Mistresses want to use it as discipline.

Remember to think of this from the perspective of prospective Dommes: It's a turn-off and hard limit for many, especially for those who have changed their children's or parents' diapers for years. Couldn't think of much that's less sexy: messy, stinky, lack of control, while most Dommes want order, cleanliness, control in their subs. Besides, some subs get squicked just having to clean strap-ons and harnesses!
But if washing your diapers is your thang, that's a selling point. Otherwise, as above, it's your kink that you're expecting a dominant to cater for.

It is hard because you have unrealistic expectations.

Being forced to wear diapers is erotic to you.

That does not translate into it being erotic to the mistresses you want to interact with.
More than likely the mistresses stopped talking to you because you were treating them as fetish delivery systems and your kink did not match theirs. You probably bored them with your focus on being diapered instead of focusing on what you could do for them.

Mistresses rarely like being told what to do.

Not all mistresses are into humiliation, just as not all submissives are into it either.

Some submissives find diapers erotic and some don't. Some dominants like to use this for humiliation and erotica...and many don't. Just because we're fellow kinksters doesn't mean that all of us have exactly the same kinks.

This is what it comes down to.

OP, you've seen that a lot of women here are turned off by diapers. It really is a hard kink to find play partners for, and that must be so frustrating.

But I bet if Peon here decided he wanted to do some diaper play, he would have no problem finding someone to indulge him. Because he talks to women like they are actual people. He can hold a conversation, and take an interest in their personalities, and come across that she is more important than the penis.

Be an awesome guy, be willing to do the things that make her happy rather than just your own kink, and remember that every woman is different.
