Part of the problem you're running into is the difference between what men and women would like to see in a profile. I know some of the women in this thread have responded to this, but with all due respect, I think a lot of the responses haven't actually figured out why men have the problem of posting the pictures that they do. I know a lot of women think it is because men are seeking immediate sex (a few of the responses in this thread), but where the problem stems is from guys who create their profiles, thinking "what would I like to see if I was looking at a woman's profile". And yes, a lot of guys are highly attracted to photos of naked or scantily dressed women. As many people have stated over the years, men tend to be photo driven, whereas women tend to be mind-driven. Now, there are exceptions to all of that, but to be honest, the majority fits very well within these parameters.
So, if you're trying to be successful here, you're going to want to avoid the naked pictures, regardless of the reasoning behind why you'd want to use them, because they don't play well with the general dynamic of a group like this. From that point on, what works and what doesn't work is really sporadic, because each woman out there has different wants and expectations, and if you try to generalize your intentions, you're going to set yourself up for generic responses (which generally means "none"). So, my advice to you is to try to be as honest about yourself in your profile as possible and focus it on what you have to bring to the plate, far more than what you're seeking from some random female, because any time a woman feels you're treating her as a vessel to achieve what you're seeking, rather than as the person to whom you'd like to interact with, you're going to lose each and every time, unless you're seeking a prostitute or a professional dominant (and even some of the professional dominants might pass you over).
Keeping this in mind, you may still have zero responses because you may have written too much, too little, too much about one activity, not enough about one activity, seemed too needy, weren't needy enough, seemed kind of creepy, seemed too simple, didn't seem like you'd like stuffed animals (okay that's just mine) or perhaps some other reason that some real person might find to be significant enough to set off warning bells in her various warning bell vocabulary.
