Seemed pretty straightforward to me. If you don't like the options given, there's an 'other' box at the bottom where you can type in your answer. Essays can be due in at any time of the year.
That was an extremely comprehensive list of kinks! I had to really plough through it to find my own, but got there eventually. I agree that mixing up non-consensual activities is a little weird, but it does explain at the top that these are what you fantasise about, not what you have necessarily experienced.
