I'm not gonna go looking for it, but Wank's statement about bisexuals being equally interested in men and women was interesting on many levels:

He doesn't believe in any "sliding scale" of sexuality. However, he believes that any straight person has gay fantasies once in a while. He comments not on frequency, nor on whether someone has acted it out or not, or emotional aspects, or any of that. Generally, I would say he is ignorant of many aspects concerning bisexuality, however, by most definitions, is. (see above comment about most people's fantasies)

Being an unbelievably cool hipster, with a smug grin, soul patch, and hardcore army sweater, he can't admit he's bi, so he redefines the word to fit his needs. If he liked men entirely, he would define gay as liking only men with big guts. He just needs his orientation to be straight.

Just my opinion, but it convinced me!

You know, I would agree with someone who asked..."why do we have to bash the OP?"...I tend to think that is a little immature. If you disagree, then disagree respectfully, we are all ADULTS here, arn't we? With that said, here's my take on the OP's opinion/question I suppose.
I identify as Lesbian most of the time. However, I am in a commited relationship with one Female-to-male Master, meaning, she is tranny with out having had the corrective surgery, master identifies as male and/or lesbian depending on master's mood. I am also with one Male Lord......What have I listed under my profile? I listed bisexual. I tend to list myself as that, because folk tend to not understand how one who identifies mostly with being lesbian, could be with a biological Male, and a Tranny one. I simply put....the terms of sexuality are widely over-used to describes one's self. IMO. It has always been my opinion that I have the ability to fall in love with whom ever I do....and that love has nothing (for me) to do with their gender.
As far as lesbians/bisexual women being all "gorgeous"..hmmm, honestly, I think the majority of women....regardless of their sexuality to be gorgeous. In some form or another. Hmm...I suppose one of the reasons I've not put up a pic, is because my owners and myself are more interested in possibly finding someone as a friend/possible 4th that isn't just interested in appearence first, but more interested in personality, values and morals. Although I'm sure some would be quick to lable me as fake or what have you. I don't honestly care.
Also...I find it interesting, just on a side note, that folk think it is within their right to dictate to other's what sexuality they are....meaning, making conditions for someone to be "really" gay/bi/les/trans....to me, that is truly ignorant. Who are we to dictate to others what they may identify as? Just a thought.

Wow................great job. Maybe next time you'll show a bit of acumen in your commentary. Simply put, I defined bisexuality as "non-preferential" towards one gender or the other, and also DID make reference to acting out on one's fantasies in my part of the thread (it's okay...........sometimes I only half-read those things, also. It's a bad habit gooddogbenji). I know that there's a whole lot of pressure from society for women to give into the whole bisexuality-chic, even if you prefer having sex with MEN. I know that I've experimented with my sexuality before, and had occasional fantasies pertaining to gay sex, but that still doesn't change my preference for women-thus my "heterosexual" label. Don't get me wrong, gooddogbenji; you're a very bright guy, but no PC fascists are going to put TreSwank in checkmate any old time in the near future!!!

Just a quick little side note from one self professed lesbian that has in the past identified as bisexual, though I am sooooo NOT gorgeous. It is men like benji that could sway ME back towards thinking there might be a guy worth considering rather than pretentious boys that refer to themselves in third person that only drive me further from it. There is a fine line between lovable humour and rude sarcastic fools sometimes. From what I have seen benji knows that line very well which is why I adore him.

Actually, in answer to the question "Why is every gay woman gorgeous?" I have to say this is exactly the reason I considered going gay for some time. I just KNEW it would improve my looks. I decided to go Bi instead and within days the wrinkles were disappearing, my boobs were riding a little higher and I lost five pounds!

It's remarkable.
