Had you been paying attention to anything but your own ego you may have noticed that I mentioned several times it was my opinion and only my opinion.

Yes, I did notice, your opinion vs that of virtually every self defense expert in the world, I only say virtually because there may be one person somewhere who you would consider an expert who agrees with you. Hasn't it occured to you that insisting on a position opposed by virtually every expert in the feild makes you the self defense equivilant of a flat earther? The sheer arrogance should even be apparent to you.

Did you read the law I posted which says you are wrong?

The bulls eye on a 25 yard pistol target is 1.51" in diameter. Why do you think that is too difficult for someone who knows how to shoot?


Lol, you went to look that up to look smart didn't you? Actually, you're describing a slow fire target. The bullseye on a rapid fire target is 5-1/2".

No it is not is 3.9". I am not shooting rapid fire.
The rapid fire course is 5 shots at 5 tatgets spaced spaced 75cm c/l to c/l lateraly.It is fired in three progressively shorter sessions of 8,6 and 4 seconds. It must be fired with one hand only.
Maximum score is 600. The big boys consistantly shoot over 580. Hardly the same thing we are discussing.
But it clearly shows that the shot we are speaking of is not all that difficult.

The short answer is no. The law allows only the use of force necessary to ward off an attacker. If during the attack, the assailant happens to die, the victim will be rigorously interviewed in order to determine whether or not responsibility can be laid on them. Always remember, the police always categorize people as criminals when death occurs. That presumption of guilt is a dictum of law enforcement in all cases. In a fist fight, if you knock someone out, that's one thing but if you kick them in the head when they are down, you are guilty of using an excessive force and can be jailed for manslaughter. Min 7 years in most states.

It's ok, he'll shoot Death in the toe from 25 yards and make his getaway.


Every time I look over my shoulder to see if he is gaining on me he seems to be a step or two closer. I got a fair lead on him,couple of furlongs, but the stretch is just around the next turn.
If I stop to bounce with stef he will catch me for sure....not a bad way to go when one considers what stef is capable of.[;)]

A I was not depending only on cops, though they might know a thing or two about this, I was quoting every authority I have read from a variety of backgrounds.
B I was telling you that lawyers say that you will have more problems if you wound them than if you kill them. Also that shooting in the foot or arm opens you up to more legal problems than a center body mass shot, as has been explained to you repeatedly.
C No law mentions me.
D As I told you before, my name isn't Jesus and I had to quit doing her when we got divorced.
E You still put yourself above the united self defense community.
