collecting money to help assist in raising money for a person's family member who
is gravely ill. I hope this is clear that there is a distinction between what I am
writing and whatever purpose Tiffany had in her blog.

I am posting this because her daughter, if true and should be verifiable in the blink of
an eye based on fact checking ability by many on collarme. If Tiffany is not
telling the truth she will receive the angst of almost everyone in the kink community,
even those who now are showing her compassion. I hope this point and this
disctinction is clear for you or others who do not get that distinction.

Like so much of the drama that has went on around this place, I get the feeling that the story that started this thread is a lot like the panic the old radio program "War of the Worlds" started back in the 1930's. There is one story thrown out here as the gospel truth and some believe it like it is. Some ask why the other won't make a statement rebutting the previous one. I'm no lawyer but I can make a guess that since there is a probable legal battle going on that public statements will not be made now.

But if you do want to believe the message that started this mess, she did claim to do the advertising that ran on here....does anyone remember those horrible vocal pop up ads that caused such an up-roar? I would like to know just who's bright idea that was. And just how much in revenues that cost the site since those pop ups forced many to load up ad blockers to prevent further such pop ups in the future.

Since the female made such a public play and it seems the male has kept silent and tried to keep a site we all seem to enjoy using up and running, I tend to believe the one that shows the more rational side instead of the one shouting from the rooftops about how bad she got treated. And as bad as I might feel for the baby's health problems, using it for sympathy like this does not strike a positive note with me.

GOOD QUESTION! The answer is YES! Instead of going hand over fist to blackmail the site owner, she could have posted for FREE on gofundme.com where people have received HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS for this specific thing. Medical condition of a child. So it seems that her intentions were more selfish than most people realize who sympathize with her excuse for doing THIS to the online BDSM community. WHY NOT EXHAUST ALL AVAILABLE OPTIONS BEFORE DOING SOMETHING THIS DRASTIC, IRREVERSIBLE AND CONTEMPTUOUS?????
Apparently if she can't get her way, we ALL have to deal with the consequences. CLEARLY, she's the victim here...

If she is correct/true that the dude is uncommunicative with pretty much everyone, including his lawyer, then why would he bother communicating here regardless? If his being too uncommunicative was a problem before, that wont change with the new site either.. I expect future "drama situations" to be a pretty good bet.. It would be interesting to find out which one of the two was responsible for the "Mod drama" not long ago..

the lesson I learned long ago was if you go into business, never have a partner.. These two never should have been partners in a business together.. it rarely ends well.. jmo...

Read the blog on collarme.com if you want to know. As for the TOS, someone went through and made changes to reflect the new domain name, and who knows what else, but it seems they missed this part because the last change is dated 8/6/08...

1.9.2. If We change anything in this Agreement, We will change the "last modified date" at the top of this Agreement.

Because your choice to breed is of no concern nor care for me. I dont give a flying rats ass if your wee little one has cancer or a heart condition or anything else because I dislike children. To have a kid you know is going to have issues.... why the fuck didn't "Tiffany" Go back to work at a real job where there was a real thing like income? Why is she choosing to live in one of the most expensive cities?

"Tiffany" frankly is an utter and complete idiot. Shes being petty and vindictive and just making things worse for herself.

IF she really was running the advertising portion of the business she would know even if she was able to get the site back up under the domain no one would do business with her because of the fact they paid for X advertising, instead they get a word-press blog that adds drama to their association.

In doing so she violated the contract she had with their advertisers and they can sue for breach of contract.... just as "Eric" Can sue for her taking down the site.

Regardless any case she had for "Eric" dismissing her from her contract is now up shit crick. If she had a leg to stand on shed have sued for contract breach... not been Ms Petty McPetty. To say it was taking to long, its Lawyers, they stonewall to add to billable hours, its what they do....

Im Not angry, I have an issue with someone using their ill child in a manner to garner sympathy. Everyone I associate in real life knows my great dislike of children. They also know I care more for animals then I do humans.

But the reality is, this person "Tiffany" Is a moron who dug her own fucking grave and put herself in her situation. Not me, Not you, Not "Eric" No one but herself. To whine and whimper a sick kids expensive.... well that sucks buttercup.
