Managing their schedules, tracking their progress, etc., is something you can do remotely if you enjoy micromanagement, but just text is a standing invitation for problems and fakes, and you need an articulable plan to get from there to a proper IRL relationship, or it’s just verbal fun. I figure it could help with LDR.
Sidebar: Musicmystery, think you could drop me a line somewhere? PMs don’t seem to work anymore.

I can still remember the days of Prodigy and MSN during the early boom days of the Internet. It was fun and challenging at the same time connecting with others in BDSM. Sometimes while chatting only over DSL internet I'd get the PC blue screen of death. This is of course just my opinion, the Internet is completely wild now. Now there are many social media sites catering to everything under the Sun. When I was active I rarely had issues with Online since I made it a policy to meet and greet in person as soon as was practical. From what I see, there are many more professionals in the space as earning a decent income in BDSM has really exploded. Findom and other fetishes of similar note were not even available back in the day. At least I never heard of it before.
