I had one growing up, never seen another one! Were both of the parents white? Ours was the only one in an otherwise normal litter, he was separated and given to us because he was being picked on by his brothers.

No, not albino - white siberian chipmunks.

And yes, both parents need to be the white variety from white lineage otherwise you're very likely to get 90% brown babies.

Wow, with those red eyes, we could have sworn those cuties were albinos. What exotic pets you have.

This is our cutie pie, as wardrobed by my nephew, who can pretty much dress her up any way he pleases.

We also had some brown ones too!
They were named Yuki and Max.
Unfortunately we had to sell those because they didn't get along with the siberians.

The white ones were Treacle and Smudge (the parents) with Obelix, Rascal and Mickey.
