If I'm the "biggest cheerleader" for Bush Lite, then he's really in trouble.

It's still a ways off but they do not appear to have any candidate that could actually win 270 electoral votes. The demographics of national elections has been going against Republicans for quite some time. That is why they have been trying so hard to keep people from voting.

In fact it is the right of today and since the 60's that has almost nothing to offer but personal attacks. Opposition called traitors for not supporting a war based on lies, an army general not fired but told to resign for his outlandish personal attack on the pres.

Presidential candidates and rightist politicians calling the poor they most likely put there as takers rather than makers many 1000's of which even voted for them and as if they are the sole source of economy when they and their economic and tax policies are the source of most people's economic misery.

Back in the day the righties called leftists all communists or worse...pinko, commie queers for opposition to a war purely for profit...and welfare queens put there by their tax policies with direct incentives to the investor class for breaking up their employers and selling the pieces.

Union workers called communists just for trying to collectively bargain for a reasonable wage, then called greedy for seeking $20/hr when CEO's making $20 million a year...were not and just successful business people living the American dream that for most of their victims...was a nightmare.

I think few here or anywhere including this forum...live in the fantasy world you consistently try to describe here, with this being just another part of it.
