But what more could I possibly do to stop getting messages saying I'm a fake. I already posted proof on my profile, and honestly, if it's a random person I've never spoken to previously messaging me, I don't owe them shit.


I think it might be an attempt to destroy my role as a domme and/or (and more likely) get me on cam free and easy.


What's a domme to do?

You're right, it shouldn't bother you. In your profile you state that you are basically perfect... if this is true, why the fuck would you be concerned about some random jackass on the Internet that doesn't believe you are real?

Edited to add: How the hell can someone destroy your role as a dominant? This baffles me.

I thought the same thing when I first read that but after mulling it over, she may have a point. Just imagine for a minute that you are a male sub looking for the perfect domme. You see a cute pic and go to perv the profile. You notice the journal entries contain nothing but complaints about the pigs on the site. You look up at the profile text and see that she is looking for pigs and you wonder at the inconsistency there. Then you click on the forum posts and find this thread complaining again about the pigs on here. You go back to the profile text and see that she is looking for pigs and you wonder at the inconsistency there. At this point you move on to the next profile and hope to find someone who has at least learned to control herself and actually knows what she is looking for.

Well, OP, what you could do is become a little more graceful about receiving feedback. That can be a challenge when you are so young and defensive and the feedback is blunt. But I recommend you work to improve in this area. You'll be better for it.

I know what it is to be called a fake. I've had Dom's freak out and call me a fake for not responding to their most assuredly striking photos that I wasn't interested in thereby proving what a total phoney I must be. It's a bad feeling being called fake. But often I'll find that when an insult really stings it's because I find some truth in it that I don't want to look at.
