Not only that, I suspect that it's wishful thinking on men's parts that we women are just as interested (read as "cock-centric") in the state of their members as they themselves are in their own. Like we really care how heavy your (plural) balls are at any given moment.

The only women who would care about that would be brazen hussys..."brazen hussydom" being paramount on my list of necessary attributes in a lady.

Lots of second-hand information, usually when guys joke about this in mixed company.
Sorry but I can't claim any first-hand knowledge of this; however, with the ladies we take great pains to act natural and avert our glances. Unless we're with our girlfriends, then we act very natural like our nudity is no biggie.
