The whole point of the long grand jury process is to get into bad weather for the no bill announcement so there won't be rioting. This is St. Louis not LA. Who ever heard of this sort of grand jury process taking more than a few minutes? Yet this one is being projected to take months?

The opening statement of the Grand Jury report for the Oklahoma City Bombing

We, the Grand Jury, duly empanelled on the 30th day of June, 1997, and charged with the responsibility of investigating all public offenses against the State committed or triable within Oklahoma County as contained in the petition for calling of the Grand Jury duly filed in the Office of the Court Clerk of Oklahoma County on June 2, 1997, and having in a fair and impartial manner, to the best of our abilities and understanding and with due regard to the Court's instructions, and having heard 117 witnesses and received 1,909 exhibits and having fully considered any and all complaints alleged to exist in Oklahoma County, and having been in session for 133 working days, and having heretofore after due deliberation voted according to law, the Grand Jury submits to this Honorable Court its Final Report as follows:

http://www.oklahomacounty.org/GrandJuryReport.htm

That is an investigative grand jury. a very different thing. Because you are as dumb as a box of rocks you didn't know that. If you had done even 5 seconds research you could have found it out though.

Ahhhh, kenny has a bug up his ass this morning.

Did you clarify Ken? You said "Who ever heard of this sort of grand jury process taking more than a few minutes?" Not my fault if you're not clear.

Ron...The eye socket means nothing... the fact that his face was swollen means he was in an altercation. The witnesses seem honest and their testimony matches. It looks more and more like the boy smarted off... the cop decided to be tough and bit off more than he could handle. Then in his anger he shot and killed the boy even though he gave up.

Unless there is more to this story than we know, and I hope they make all the evidence public sometime in the future, The police officer needs to be prosecuted. We can all make our judgments, even though our knowledge is incomplete. But because we don't have all the facts available we must understand we could be wrong and put the noose away.

Butch

Of course I am Ken, you've said so yourself over and over. Everyone who doesn't immediately agree with you is. If you can't explain things well enough that us simpletons can follow, then who's really at fault?

Actually, you know what, I'll take the hit. I knew there was more then one type of Grand Jury, but I didn't think to look to see which one that report was from. My bad.

See, that's how adults behave Ken. Men can admit they made a mistake. Whinny little boys stamp their feet and insist everyone else is wrong. Are your feet sore, Ken? You've been doing a LOT of stamping recently.

Dear boy, if you think you are getting the whole story from anybody, you are living in a fantasy world.

Notice that the photos of Brown displayed on the media show him as a nice sweet boy, whereas they never show something like this which would be accurate and reasonably fair.

Where have you lived all your life, this is everywhere. The govt. tells you that they create jobs. It is all about marketing. For sure they don't tell you what they are, low pay, part time, seasonal; or how many are lost high pay, career, professional.

The politicians from both sides are influenced by the lobbyists to change the tax laws so big corporations can renounce US citizenship and move over seas where they can hire cheep labor and then we lose jobs.

A lot of lobbyists are ex-politicians and know how the system works. There is no such thing as good this or bad that, all Dems and Repubs have their multi-millionaires and good guys and bad guys. I hate to burst anyone's bubble but that is the way it is.

So look at the whole picture if you can even find it and then shut up for a while and digest the crap that we are confronted with and maybe you might be able to see the real problem.

Maybe not. They are pros at what they do.

Ok if it makes you feel good, go ahead and piss on this too.

Im wondering if this is perfectly ok with you

KANSAS CITY - An officer is under fire after venting on social media about the recent shooting death of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo.

The Kansas City police officer's post on social media included a photo of a man the officer claimed was Brown.

But according to KCTV, the person is actually an accused killer from Oregon, not Brown.

Officer Marc Catron of the Kansas City Police Department posted "I'm sure young Michael Brown is innocent and just misunderstood."

Another post states, "Remember how white people rioted after OJ's acquittal? Me neither."

Some residents said it made them uncomfortable.

The police department's social media policy prohibits employees from posting anything biased against any race, religion or protected class of individuals.

KCTV identified the person in the photo with the wad of money as Joda Cain, one of two people accused of using a sledge hammer to kill his great grandfather in Oregon.

OMG, rightists are projecting! Funny, if Obama is extending Healthcare -- its a police state -- but if it's a police state hassling the local population fining them, throwing them in jail, and shooting unarmed members --- it's justified.

Elemendorf Tx police chief Michael Pimentel was shot and killed when he stopped
Joshua Manuel Lopez, to issue a citation for graffitti.
Clearly the officer was at fault because nobody would shoot a cop over such a trivial infraction.
The witnesses are obviously lying and Lopez is being railroaded.
Elemendorf had 2 paid officers and 10 reservists so it isn't like Lopez wiped out the PD, only half of it.
Clearly Lopez was reacting to the immigration issue which oppresses all hispanics.

I haven't seen him since I proved in the other thread about cops shooting someone in ST Louis that he had been lying about his brother for 5 months
besides a bad IQ score would only prove that the testers didn't know what they were doing.

Butch

actually their testimonies are similar but DO NOT MATCH

one said he put his hands up another said he didn't see that, but MAYBE HE BLINKED

one said he got out and chased him another said he got out and started shooting...

when a group is MAD and want revenge of course their stories are SIMILAR, its those LIL DETAILS that don't quite match....

did anyone see the video where they were showing the scene, an caught two people talking in the background unaware they were being caught on tape?

one guy was telling the other what HE SAW and it matched the cops story to a TEE, but of course this guy has NOT come forward to tell people THAT STORY

but of COURSE its probably a FAKE

PS. in NONE of those testimonies do the witness's say whether brown leaned in or the officer reached out, they all start AFTER initial contact has taken place

its just as likely the kid smarted off and the cop started to exit the vehicle and the kid slammed the door on him knowing his NEXT ARREST was going to put him in real jail, screw up his MOM'S plan for college and make her mad at him...

One small correction: when I read this article (on the Yahell feed) it said that Pimentel pulled Lopez over because he had a warrant for graffiti; suggesting that he was either a habitual offender or had failed to appear in court to answer the charge.

Either way, it shows a flagrant disdain for law.

That is the good thing about checking other sources, you often get additional information.

Yes, I remember that. And he kept referring to it as the ruling source.
He abandoned that thread when I explained to him that the sign he was supporting was posted incorrectly and ignored what the law actually said they could do.
I like for him to show up, he is one of the best weapons we have.
