Yes, for an organization the size of the U.C.S. a 400k gift is small. As you point out their operating budget for that year was 40 million so 400k was 1%. For someone who claims to be well educated you are surprisingly innumerate.

No, I'm one of those doctors who has spent 31 years curing people, knowing enough and not having too big of an ego to send them elsewhere when they need to be elsewhere, and fixing "real" medicine's mistakes.
