The temptation would be to take down the blimps with their rocket launchers, but this would be beneficial to us. It would get them to waste what rockets they have on the blimps instead of on real targets.

So it would make sense that our ObamaVision programming would on tolerance in addition to news broadcasts about criminal activity occurring in their neighborhood.

Morality is likely partially genetic as in has a genetic foundation. It often comes out twisted because it is only a foundation. We must use free will to build something sensible upon this foundation. As such appeals to morality will move them. Martyrdom is a two way street.
