I feel sorry for the Northerners and the even further Northers on that Great Island, because the day is soon coming when their (justly) famous border collies will be outfitted with tasers at the top of their collar, sonically programmed to trigger at the sound of a bark. The sheep will drop like flies, and, unlike the police, the dogs will actually ask "WTF?"
