Wikipedia is a joke, you might have written that

And Time and NYT are extremely biased rags

Still, if they serve your ad hominem I suppose...

You are a "liberal" after all, and have no other means of debate

not even an attempt to revise history, lol
just ignore and derail
I posted links, the "FACTS" are there, your choice is to ignore facts with nothing but blather to "back" up your ignorance ...so there is no debate ..

No, not ignoring, not derailing, you arent quite the victim you claim to be

Simply acknowledging your ad hominem attack against expert witness Jose Rodriguez for what it is

Musicmystery -> RE: BREAKING NEWS (12/16/2014 5:41:24 AM)

....and yet refusing to address the points she raised except by derailing and refusing.

Her "points" were the derail, Sherlock

And your posts as per usual are a continuation of said "debate" strategy

Lucylastic -> RE: BREAKING NEWS (12/16/2014 5:50:01 AM)

Is this is the same Jose Rodriguez ??????
CIA Director of the National Clandestine Service, Jose Rodriguez, was found to have destroyed almost 100 video recordings of interrogations in 2005. The United States Senate Select Committee on Intelligence believed that he was covering up illegal activities by the CIA, although the committee had initially been told by CIA officials that Rodriguez was not engaging in "destruction of evidence" Rodriguez preemptively criticized the report in an op-ed for The Washington Post on December 5, 2014???

Pick a post at random. Your odds are good.

Lucylastic -> RE: BREAKING NEWS (12/16/2014 5:57:54 AM)

I asked if it was the same guy, then quoted, part of the wikipedia article.
I fail to see how that is an ad hominem.

Acceptable sources could be a great thread topic, if the trolls would actually let us have a thread topic other than myself

Moderator3 -> RE: BREAKING NEWS (12/16/2014 7:51:11 AM)

It may be time for some members to utilize the block feature if they are unable to resist following one another around the forum (harassment), turning every thread into a nightmare of personal attack and possibly agenda driven.

I am not going to have staff become mediators. When I start shooting I am not going to care who I take out. If we need to go back to hardcore-over-moderation, I will consider it for a time. The Feisty sections were a test feature and can be canceled at any time.

Second suggestion/warning on this thread.

Majority of Americans say CIA tactics detailed in Senate's 'torture' report were justified

51 percent say controversial techniques used on detainees after 9/11 were acceptable

A majority of Americans believe that the harsh interrogation tactics detailed in last week's Senate Intelligence Committee's report on the CIA's handling of prisoners after the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks were warranted, a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll finds.

The survey — conducted following the release of the committee's long-awaited report on the CIA's controversial techniques — found that 51 percent of Americans approved of the tactics, while 28 percent said they went too far...
