Bollocks. It isn't consonant with 'man's rational nature', it's consonant only with man's greed. And it has fuck all to do with justice.

God, Ayn Rand was fruitcake, Bounty. Word to the wise: don't quote her in support of your view, it will only double the number of people who slap their hands to their foreheads at what you write. Rand's arguments have precious little purchase amongst any other than looney-righties even in the USA, from what I've seen; never mind here in Europe, where her writings never come up in any academic course, anywhere, ever.
