i can't honestly think of any occasion where hemorrhoids aren't hurtful. Isn't that like, a basic definition of hemorrhoids? But, in a realistic sense, i imagine it depends on how intense or "violent" your session might be. If She's ramming you like She's breaking the door down, probably. If it's slower and more precise, i don't think it'd be that bad, given enough lubrication and proper relaxation. It can definitely aggravate hemorrhoids, though. I wouldn't recommend it, unless you're really gung ho about it, and prepared to go slow and steady.

Hemmoriods are a case for you doctor, not your Master/Mistress.

In order to serve well you must be in good health. Your owner should know this.

if you are not having a flare-up, and you use twice as much lube (and twice as much again), pegging and anal training in general can actually help the foundational causes of hemorrhoids.

But, I would check with your doctor about the severity of your flare-ups. You really don't want open bleeding during pegging or anal training, ever.

But, pegging with hemorrhoids is definitely doable.

Usually a mild flare up of hemorrhoids can be resolved with a good over the counter ointment though if you want to error on the side of caution, have your physician check. My only concern would be if the skin tears then there's a breach of the skin barrier which can allow bacteria to enter and cause other problems.

I don't think it is his "owner" but rather a new play partner.

Either way OP- tell that person. If you DO start bleeding, they could be exposed to bacteria, Diasease, etc, which is no good for them- no matter how badly you want to be pegged- the choice is ultimately hers of wether to risk exposure to blood borne Diasease.

Hemorrhoids.....hurt.

Someone sticking a dick like device into your butt and moving it in and out (multiple times....over and over {and over} again) if you have (any level of) Hemorrhoids.

Hurt.

Anal play is one of the most commonly improperly practiced forms of play I have seen over the years. I will write a bit to help out:

First I will address some methods to help with hemorrhoids (and other anal problems) and your over all health. Water intake should be around around 1 gallon per day for a full grown adult male, a bit less for women (3/4 of a gallon). This may help tremendously because hard stools are harder to pass and can also tear the lining on the way out. Gradually increase your fluid intake until you are getting enough fluids. Make sure you are getting enough fiber, it helps create passable softer stools. Exercise helps hemorrhoids in 2 ways. The first is that if you are overweight, it puts pressure on your lower digestive tract all day every day, which can lead to hemorrhoids or exacerbate existing ones. Doing basic workouts (running, walking, swimming, biking, push ups, pull ups and lifting relatively light weights) can help regulate weight. The second way it helps is by keeping healthy circulation and increasing the digestive function. An overall healthy diet and exercise plan are very important for anal health.

Second I would like to address any type of anal play in general. Start small, without any penetration at all. A beginner should focus on external anal stimulation. The next step is penetration with a finger, while the receptive partner learns to control their sphincter. Relaxation and lubricant are important. After a finger, a small plug, then a medium one followed by a penis. Some people actually stop recurring hemorrhoids by learning to control their anal muscles and relax.

Do NOT use anything that numbs the anus. Anal play should NEVER be painful. A safe word and excellent communication should be used. Any sign of blood or pain STOP. If it is a little blood that stops shortly after you should be ok. If it is more then a drop of blood or the bleeding doesn't stop you need to consult a physician or go to the emergency room immediately because it could be life threatening. Always wear a condom.

Anal play can be intensely pleasurable, physically and mentally for both parties but it requires a reasonable bit of time and effort to do properly.

I'd like to second this. Never. Not even if you LIKE pain. There is A LOT that can go wrong back there, and when it goes wrong, you are looking at potential disease and damage that can last the rest of your life.

Thought I posted on this one although i could not believe what is asked it does not seem a serious question to I. However hemorrhoids are relatively common so let us see what my words say this time

No. And they would be need to be fairly big to peg them and only a completely deranged mind (not the good kind would consider this imo)

As for hemorrhoids themselves there are many causes they are alleviated quickly with suppositories and those blighter's can be hard to shove up there...it involves running from the fridge before ambient room temperature makes it rather tricky

no again.
causes are hmm let me think
sitting
sitting on a hard surface
cycling
pregnancy
straining bowel movement
anal play or stuffing toasters up there etc
IBS - many factors cause this - results in straining again - i hate cereal and milk but simply switching from white to brown bread etc can make a difference
etc and hobgoblins

so what was my answer, no! and these blighter can be eliminated alleviated quickly in most instances

i third this there is a lot that would go awry and any anal play would compound the problem,

This has been my experience. Well, minus the part about anal trainin being helpful; I don't know whether that is true. If you have a partner who is willing to work with you and you are both willing to go slow and careful -- and accept that sometimes you just can't and it's no ones fault -- it's totally doable. I think "harmonious" might be pushing it.
