DominantWoman65 -> RE: Bit Controversial - Consensual Male Supremacy? (3/26/2015 12:15:33 PM)

Thank you nookie for that response.

I have a dominant mate, could he believe that because he is a man and perhaps black that he is superior to me or could I believe I to him merely because I am a woman or white? The answer is simply no because we respect each other too much to even entertain such ideals. We are who we are from our personalities and character not our genitals or skin color.

I also bottom for him. I on occasion enjoy pain, I feel it makes me a more educated top. I also adore sucking his cock. Does he or I feel that makes me inferior or submissive? No, both acts are empowering to us.

When it comes down to it, our relationship is based on mutual love and respect as a man and woman first, kink and identifying titles second.

Right and I don't try to understand the concept of switching like you two do because it is beyond my scope. I have no opinion on your dynamics.

DominantWoman65 -> RE: Bit Controversial - Consensual Male Supremacy? (3/26/2015 12:34:47 PM)

What does bottoming have to do with switching? We seperate the d/s concept from our BDSM play, because I enjoy pain and empowering my mate in no way makes me less dominant. My dominance comes from my actions, guidance and character not my vagina.

GoddessManko -> RE: Bit Controversial - Consensual Male Supremacy? (3/26/2015 12:37:30 PM)

We are different. If I bottomed for anyone I would consider myself a switch or a fetishist but not a Dominant. So our perceptions foundationally differ.

DominantWoman65 -> RE: Bit Controversial - Consensual Male Supremacy? (3/26/2015 12:47:30 PM)

They do, but because I and others differ in opinions does not make it wrong. If I choose to do things for the man who adores me in no way diminishes the person I am as a woman or a dominant.

GoddessManko -> RE: Bit Controversial - Consensual Male Supremacy? (3/26/2015 12:50:20 PM)

I totally, totally agree. My choice not to bottom is a very personal choice. I am not knocking others'. Beliefs can also change so there is a window for that but my beliefs are as they stand. Due to time, tide and experience. I don't believe the words "Ladies first" or "behind every strong man is a stronger woman" to be sexist but that too is a matter of perception.

Lucylastic -> RE: Bit Controversial - Consensual Male Supremacy? (3/26/2015 12:54:00 PM)

just putting in my two cents on this particular part of the topic.
I am a dominant female, But I occasionally top/bottom switch for floggings, wax and some other things I enjoy, its the sensation, not "submission" that I enjoy. I know MANY many women AND men who will bottom in a play scene, but this has nothing to do with my ability to dominate my partner in our daily dealings.

GoddessManko -> RE: Bit Controversial - Consensual Male Supremacy? (3/26/2015 12:55:15 PM)

That's my point lucy, personal choices and respecting them.

DominantWoman65 -> RE: Bit Controversial - Consensual Male Supremacy? (3/26/2015 1:01:24 PM)

Views can always change.
I've made a successful career out of aviation at a time when "women" didn't have a place, I worked hard and made my own place. I married a black man and had 3 beautiful children, my life has been full of "superior" attitudes and actions. I could have turned out to have a different attitude based on my own experiences but I'm at a place in my life where respect, non judgment and non titles reigns supreme.

GoddessManko -> RE: Bit Controversial - Consensual Male Supremacy? (3/26/2015 1:07:04 PM)

You're judging me and you don't know me. I'd say that's a step in the wrong direction of "non judgement".

DominantWoman65 -> RE: Bit Controversial - Consensual Male Supremacy? (3/26/2015 1:17:22 PM)

Because I explain my feelings and actions of how I conduct my life and they are opposite of yours I have judged you? I don't think so.

GoddessManko -> RE: Bit Controversial - Consensual Male Supremacy? (3/26/2015 1:19:36 PM)

How do you know it is opposite? You don't know me. Again. No knowledge.

slvemike4u -> RE: Bit Controversial - Consensual Male Supremacy? (3/26/2015 1:25:16 PM)

I had the pleasure of serving a Domme for three years(I won't name her,She's not on the thread so it would be a TOS anyway) She was poly and Her primary partner was Dom.
She served him,that never ,ever impacted our relationship.
There were nights at the local dungeon when She would work up a sweat thrashing me...only to ,later in the evening,be on the receiving end of the lash.
I soon came to realize that it was better for my head space to make myself scarce when they played....but I was still me,and She was still She when we went home.
Still my Domme,not diminished,in my eyes,in the least.

*smiles* Yes. Exactly.

And you have a right to feel that.

I feel that if my own dominance were threatened by something as silly as a BJ or enjoying the sensation of rope, I would not be all that dominant.

GoddessManko -> RE: Bit Controversial - Consensual Male Supremacy? (3/26/2015 1:27:39 PM)

I never said it should be. I have always been speaking of my personal belief system. I have no idea how other people conduct their lives. That's why I ask questions. Kaliko and Awareness shed light into their dynamic and for me it makes perfect sense. FOR THEM. See where I'm going with this?

DominantWoman65 -> RE: Bit Controversial - Consensual Male Supremacy? (3/26/2015 1:28:00 PM)

We are opposite in the facts that I don't believe in female supremacy, nor do I believe sucking dick, vanilla sex or bottoming to be submissive acts and I don't have to "know" you to have gained that bit of knowledge, you openly did so in your postings.

GoddessManko -> RE: Bit Controversial - Consensual Male Supremacy? (3/26/2015 1:29:12 PM)

OK, there's a lot more to me than who I fuck and don't fuck. Let me make that clear, LOL.

Well right. I don't feel threatened by dick or rope. The funny thing is you're both WAY off mark here. My point about depth perception, knowledge, self awareness and security and not always have to be in a cat fight to one up someone who's different.

DominantWoman65 -> RE: Bit Controversial - Consensual Male Supremacy? (3/26/2015 1:31:23 PM)

I'm sure there is, as there is also a whole lot more to me, but you stated that I judged you, and I did no such thing.

GoddessManko -> RE: Bit Controversial - Consensual Male Supremacy? (3/26/2015 1:32:26 PM)

OK, well I am not judging you either. I'm just stating what works for me. I have no idea why this is such an issue.
