Status: offline 		The poor people born on February 29th don't get theirs at all. Therefore, not to be contrary, retro spankings can't exist because it leaves some out of the spankings. We're about inclusion, NOT exclusion. It wouldn't be fair. The extra spankings should be spread out to those with a b'day on 2/29.
