The Invaders - Full Series

I been watching Invaders off and on (between work) all day. Thanks for starting this thread and inspiring me to revisit that series. It's been a fun day.

Mission Impossible

Man From UNCLE

Neither show seems to be available as reruns any longer.

Yes, I am crazy about feathered creatures. I have a dozen chickens, 3 ducks, 5 geese, and 2 parakeets.

Revise that number. Just got 14 new chicks and 5 turkeys.

Both of those are on a station here, in NE Penssyltucky called: "Memorable Entertainment (ME) Television, channel 21. It's a station that specializes in old television shows ("The Rifleman", "Bonanza", "Superman", "Batman", "Get Smart", "Star Trek", "C.Hi.P.s", "Black Sheep Squadron" ...). Obviously, I could go on, but I'm sure they have a website you could access.

Hi Rule,

I'm not sure but I think you might be thinking of an early sitcome called "Hank". Look it up on IMDB.com and I'm curious if I'm right...

I remember Cop Rock, that was '80 I think. Didn't last very long either.

As a person, that grew up glued to non-cable t.v.

Let's do this!!!

Good Times!

Rhoda!

The Mary Tyler Moore Show!

The Patty Duke Show!

Petticoat Junction!

The Facts of Life!

Love American Style!

Sanford and Son!

I Love Lucy!

and two of my favorites:

Leave it to Beaver and Mr. Ed!

Does anyone else remember when t.v. went OFF at night?
Usually around 1 or 2 am, they would play the national anthem and the station went OFF for the night.
lol

A couple of people mentioned a couple of my favorite shows of all time. Unfortunately, I can't claim to miss them.

I have all of "Monty Python's Flying Circus" and "Fawlty Towers" on DVD. I am a rabid fan of the lads.

That said, it doesn't take long to become intimately familiar with both of them and that explains the not missing them. Firstly, I watch them, whenever I like. Secondly, I've seen them so many times that I can repeat the lines, almost as well as the troupe.

Man From UNCLE

there is supposed to be a Man from U.N.C.L.E. movie being made..

The Avengers (with Emma Peel & John Steed)

The Prisoner

Kolchak The Night Stalker

The Saint

Danger Man

I have vids of some of these..

I have also been collecting what i can of UK crime tv shows (from new to 10-15 years old).. I am on that kick right now..

Some of those old shows.. the writers must have been on some pretty strong drugs.. some of the crazy stuff they came up with.. some you watch now and what was very serious and scary back then is quite amusing and laughable now.. like the original 1953 War of the Worlds.. I have that vid, its funny.. it also shows how much more realistic tv/movie sets are now and the acting is very different also..

The Facts of Life was the best. I dream of Jeanie (so S&m), Sanford and Son (I watched way too much tv as a kid, how did I find time to read?), Welcome Back Kotter (sp?), Flintstones, Jetsons, Tom and jerry and Bugs Bunny, Brady Bunch, The Andy Griffith show and Anne of Green Gables. The last one was my favorite actually.

Oh I forgot to mention Quincy M.D. Late 70s early 80s crime drama. I found it on Netflix. It's a great show.
