I am a 44 year old woman who is very open minded. I love to learn and am curious by nature...I have a simple question...I am interested (very) in someone whom is a submissive- I am very assertive to the point of considering myself Dominant. In conversing with him, we have discovered this about each other.

This is not the first time I have considered that I am on the Dominant side, I just never explored further and have reached the point of maturity in my sexuality that makes me want to learn about this.

I suppose that what I am looking to find out, if you can forgive my ignorance is-- wjhat were your first Dominant experiences like? I know that some people must get into this without props or equipment or certain forms of dressing, while others enjoy all of the latter to intensify the experience...

He (my future sub) and I are definitely moving forward in the direction of this becoming a future sensual encounter. We have not yet been sexual, but we have kissed and been in each other's presence...

I have a strong need to put him in his place and demand oral servitude and undying devotion...come up with training, then rules and also consequences for bad behavior...is there a "primer" for mistresses?

May sound silly but I want this experience to be fulfilling, since we both are novices, and I want so very badly to please myself and in turn, he wants me to Dominate...reprogram his thinking and lead him by a leash, whether invisible or visible...

Forgive my naivite, and I say this all due Respect to the Women who have come to walk this path... Thanks, any advice/direction is very much appreciated...

Dear SignorinaC,

Hello. I would urge you to check out www.br.org Black Rose is a support and education group which handles the DC metropolitan area.

It would be wise to seek out the facts from established dominants, to which you should find out the many responsibilities as a dominant one has. Domination is more than having sex your way, like Burger King and putting a man in his place, especially if you don't know how that place effects another person. And, you might be found that you are being lead to believe you are dominant, when indeed the submissive has cleverly incorporated you into his fantasy. Lot of things to think about and talk about with real human beings, who are female dominants.

Thanks for all responses. I had placed an ad searching for someone to please me sensually on Craigs List, and all that I described had to do with forms of female domination, so that is how I met my submissive.

I understand what you mean, Lady Hugs by the manipulation of roles based on what the submissive wants. I do believe he is being sincere. I agree that Dominance is not just has something to do with sex, or getting your way, and this is why I seek further information. Thanks for the resources, will definitely check them out, and anyone is welcome to submit any advice, I am open to learning.

Howdy neighbor and welcome to the forums, I hope you find here what it is you seek. Black Rose is supposedly a good organization, I am thinking of joining it myself and my male sub. There is also BESS out of Baltimore that you may wish to check out. I know there are also a few Femdom only clubs that I am sure you can find by doing a Google search.

Grateful to all of you for your responses...I take this seriously and want only to be the best at being myself, within my true nature....

Hilarious about the lobbyists, they would be such an easy target!! Thanks for the welcomes, I hope to learn a lot, since I consider myself a perennial student...
