I'm well established and well respected in this business: my credentials are ship-shape. Have a pair of socks on hand neatly tucked into one another, so when a pair of disorientated socks turn up with seemingly no pattern to their behaviour, and it feels like the sky is falling in, just turn to your neatly packaged socks for relief. If you want any more guidance on this matter, you're gonna have to pay!

I expect him to know how to cook and clean an be self sufficient. I am not a mommy, i will not be theirs.

Stove in America is cooker in England. I was explaining the term to an American, not a Brit who wouldn't have had to ask the question.

I'm a very good cook but I don't like cooking at all. Once my sons were grown and out of the house, I hung up my apron and retired myself from the kitchen. Master is a fantastic cook and he enjoys doing it so he does most of the cooking (I do all the clean up) and we go out for dinner a couple times a week. I do occasionally cook one of my specialty dishes for him when he wants it.
