this is in reply to the original post and no other I am against the death penalty, it is too easy and quick and some times and too many times done to the wrong person. and when it is done to the wrong person, the shitperps that caused it (judges on down to the coppers) should serve out the sentence and any assets that they have should go to their "victim", might stop some of this vile shit in our "justice" system, THINK????? For the comdemed one, life in a vertical 8' dia. concrete tube 20' high with a grate above where food/slop is dropped down a tube, the perp shits in a hole and sleeps on the floor naked. If he is found innocent then at least we can get a ladder down to him and get him out and let him live on the money of the shitperps that caused him to be there Now, I am for the punishment fitting not so much the crime but the criminal, In this piece of filth's case, house him for life in an isolated pen with swine. let him eat with them and eat them, bet he ain't going to allah for no virgins then by gosh by gollie. and do the same for any isis/isil or what ever else daboma wans to call the islamick terriousist pig shit. AND LAST LET ME SAY THAT THIS COUNTY SPENDS/SQUANDERS MONEY ALL OVER THE PLACE ON NONSENSE BULLSHIT. OK THEN START DOING THE DNA TESTS WITH THAT MONEY AND GET SOME TRUTH OUT ABOUT MURDER, RAPE AND ANY THING ELSE THAT CAUSES THE INNINOCENT TO SUFFER. And hey I spell creativelyistle on purpozite. .

Not entirely sure how I feel about this. I feel it should be what the families of the victims ask for, in this case they don't want the death penalty, so it's only fair to allow them this closure. My wife is not for the death penalty ever, but I think that under certain circumstances, it is appropriate. Crimes against children, especially when caught in the act with evidence, should be death penalty for sure.
