Status: offline 		The first criteria for finding a Mistress is being able to follow directions. Your question is not best answered in General BDSM. If you go to the Ask A Mistress forum you will notice at the top of the posts are several posts (stickies) written to answer your question and others that might come to mind. Read those posts. Also read the other posts asking for help in the forum. You will get many valuable suggestions.

Status: offline 		Actually fill out your profile. Only message women you really think you're compatible with, and make it a personalized message, referencing their profile, that isn't just about kink. Try to actually get to know them.

As Peppermint said, follow directions. If you can't follow the simple rules of the forum, how can any woman believe you can follow her rules?

Depending on where you are in CA, get yourself out into the real world. find munches, classes, play parties. Don't go with the idea of finding the perfect mistress. Go with the idea of meeting a bunch of cool people, and learning as much as you can.

Be the kind of person a woman wants. Have your life as together as you can at 21, have interests and hobbies outside of sex and be enthusiastic about them, get experience just talking to people and getting to know them.

Give it more than 12 days on a new site before you get discouraged.

For some reason women are a little more choosey.

Hmm, this might work but it is risky. Some women actually like a guy who admits he's lost and needs a woman to help him. I make no promises for what kind of woman you'll find.
