I believe forced lactation means to literally force the lactation process to begin without pregnancy.  Many Masters like fresh milk in their morning tea.

i researched induced lactation once, but i don't recall exactly everything about it now. What i do know that it takes quite sometime and commitment to begin (as i recall i think months) with constant and consistent times of "manipulation/massage" (a certain technique), or pumping (a few hours a day). As i recall it causes a breast increase of 1 - 2 cup sizes as well. i cannot find my links to the information right now, but i will keep looking.

The most common form of "unnatural" lactation is a drug called... I believe its Prolactin. Very common in adoptive mothers taking on a newborn. Certainly the safest form as well, considering it is a controlled substance and only available by perscription. "manipulative massage" works for very few people, and can be dangerous as well.

Yes, I have thought about it before.  I have done a lot of research on it..and there are lots of sites with tips and such.  Most of them are for adoptive mothers..but it can be used the same for this.

I thought it would be a great way for a M/s to get closer.. a sweet gesture really.

The big jugs part wouldn't upset me a bit either..

Yes, forced lactation is possible, but not for everyone.  Lactation is not an especially pleasant thing to tote around with you constantly, in spite of enormous jugs (for those get them).  Lactating breasts require expressing periodically, they will "let down" in spite of whether you want them to or not.  Eventually, this can be worked down to a morning and evening schedule, but it must be done to maintain the supply.  Wet spots on pretty blouses while at work aren't exactly fashionable, especially if everyone knows you're not a breastfeeding mother.  Nursing pads don't always work.

That said, there are people who enjoy this activity, in spite of its inherent problems and inconveniences.  Personally, I was finished with it when I weaned my second child.

It can be done. It requires alot of patience and determination. It doesn't always work for everyone. There are several different methods to try. Just have to find the one that suits you.

i've done it...it's not fun.
That being said, it does, after awhile ( usually a LOOOOONG while) become a part of daily routine. The smell associated with breast milk isn't too pleasant though, and the stains on your shirts that you don't notice because of the 'bigger jugs' are just plain embarassing.

but...to each their own...you never know if you'll like it until you try.
I promised myself when i began having 'limits' that if i hadn't tried it, i couldn't automatically say no..(with obvious exceptions ppl- geez, i can imagine what sort of shit storm that would have been! lol)

There was a thread concerning this subject no too long ago (with a lot of great information).  There are ways apparently, to induce lactation in disregard to nature.  Having breast-fed my child, it better be really important and not some fleeting-kink.

I get the kink, but it's tough on a woman's body (lack of vitamins, etc).  It requires great care.

And then there are those for whom almost no effort need be expended for the wet spots, blocked ducts, etc. to start...almost seems to happen all by itself at times. Will have to second the 'not for everyone' opinion on this. The milk will let down no matter what, it will leak at times, it will need to be expressed somehow - manually or with a pump. It works on the supply and demand principle, so don't demand more than you want supplied or you will get the supply anyway.

Have not heard that manual stimulation causes (or could cause) harm though. Could anyone supply more information or links on that please?

I suppose it is more hearsay than anything, however i heard it from the mouth of an oncologist specialising in breast cancer, so I feel slightly less ridiculous in passing it on. PROPER manual stimulation rarely causes damage,  but improper stimulation can cause the same type of trauma as impacts. Which is to say you can displace tissue, allowing the space to fill with fluid and resulting in a cyst. For the record, cysts are bad. They also have a tendancy to feel like lumps and make women flip out about breast cancer. Theres more to it, but I'm going to confirm it before I post it.
