In reading the last person's posting, I thought I should respond. I work in the women's breast health field and I felt I should clear something up. Breast cysts are not usually caused from trauma to the breast. Trauma would more likely cause a hematoma (a really deep bruise.) Breast cysts are a fluid collection that happen in some women, they are pretty common, and benign (not cancer.) Sometimes they come and go, and sometimes they stay and get bigger. They can be painful, or not. With or without manual stimulation, if a woman feels an unusual lump, she should go to her doctor. She may be sent for a mammogram and/or ultrasound.

That being said, I do not know if manual stimulation of lactation would be harmful to breasts. I kind of doubt it would be, but I really don't know enough about it to be definitive.

i wouldnt do it from never lactating before, because frankly it would be a pain and quite difficult to do, but after my next baby i gonna keep my supply up after weaning just cause i like the bigger boobs :P

I rather like the idea of induced lactation. And yes, it IS possible…though not without real commitment! Here’s what I’ve found:

Hospitals, supporting organizations, adoption agencies all may rent the equipment needed to induce lactation in a woman who has never been pregnant nor ever nursed a child before. It happens, it works, it bonds adoptive mothers with their new babies.

Of course, there are hundreds of pages of information on line; just search for “induced lactation” or “induced lactation + BDSM” in your internet browser.

Hormones are NOT needed, though generally milk production is a bit lower than ‘usual’. There are herbs like Fenugreek, Fennel Seed, Blessed Thistle and others that can help. What IS needed is nipple stimulation and serious sucking…for perhaps 20-30 minutes 3-4 times daily. Like I said, it IS a commitment, and that commitment must be kept up for as long as the lactation is desired. Milking machines are generally used…and lactation usually begins within weeks. Sometimes lactation is induced with the use of tiny tubes taped to the female’s breasts, designed to fit in the corner of the ‘sucker’s mouth. These tubes lead from a bottle hung around her neck and offer ‘reward’ for sucking. Search online for: “Medela breast pump”.

So, WHY is this interesting to BDSMers? Well, for one thing, it’s a bonding thing to be a ‘pet’…and that includes being a cow. Also, it is erotic as hell to ‘give milk’ whether manually expressed or suckled. And while SOME are interested in the suckling aspect for their ‘age play’…that kind of roll-play is not always present. Lactation can be enjoyed simply for itself, without either pet-play or age-play. Many Dominants in D/s relationships enjoy their submissives giving their bodies to them in this way.

I dont know much about forced lactation, but my Dom wishes me to keep my milk supply after weaning the baby this time, I do not understand it, but will do what he wishes. (no age play or anything of that nature involved)

Most of the time, it doesn't have anything to do with age play. For some, it makes a special connection for them..for others.. it's just sort of a fetish.. or something they want to try.

I don't know which one yours wants it for..but from another post you made.. He seems like a keeper.. just be open and allow it to bring you closer.

best way to get milk is by using breast pumps a hour a day on each nipple n after two weeks you should produce small amounts of milk ,most woman love the feeling but guess its not for all

I have induced lactation. I am a dom, yet wanted my sub to suckle me on demand. It is awesome. However I found when I wasn't having regular sessions, I was the one working, i.e. pumping, etc. so I decided to let my milk dry up. It is a huge turn on for me and I will do it again. My sub confessed later that he loved it. I would wake him at 2 am to relieve my pressure. It is wonderful. ANYONE can iduce lactation. Even read where some men have. We all have milk ducts. Let's not forget that there are women out there that will not be able to lactate, no matter what their Master wants. It's just a simple matter of the body not doing it.

I struggled with both my boys. Took fenugreek (more than the recommended dosage at that), drank fennel seed tea (yuck), drank at least a gallon of water a day, used the best damned Medula electric pump you could get outside of hospital grade, etc. By nine months with my first baby my body just gave it up. It was three months with my second.

Some are just not meant to, so guys don't take it out on the girls when they can't despite them giving it their all.

And here is another myth debunked: Not all women's breast get bigger. So if that is the objective, might wanna rethink that one. I stayed the same cup size (B). Quite disappointing to me since when I got pregnant the first time I didn't tell people I was preggers, nope I told them the Booby Fairy was coming! I think I jinxed myself. Oh well.

i have done it successfully (thus my sn), but i was not able to do it merely by having a rigid pumping schedule. If you are serious about it, please drop me a line, and i will share what worked for me. :)

Yes old thread, but just to clear up a question that was not addressed...

Forcing lactation demands an implicit agreement between the wetnurse and the nursing. This is a long-term commitment. The physical demands of lactation are a shared responsibility.

Nursing demands more calories than pregnancy. It requires increased vitamin, mineral and water consumption. Certain foods and medications must be avoided to maintain milk supply. Others must be avoided because their flavor leaches into the milk (garlic and curry, anyone?).

Aside from all the other inconveniences mentioned above.

You are bound at the tit (pun totally intended), 2-3 times a day, every day. If you don't nurse her, she will be in pain and at risk for blocked ducts, infection and milk fever. A pump will be fine on occasion, but if you, as a Dom, have asked this of her, you are duty bound to provide the means.

It can be a caring, nurturing aspect of a vanilla or D/s relationship, but it is not a kink to be taken lightly. The emotional bond is likely to be more powerful than either of you expect, and for many, worth the effort.
