I think it's a vast improvement over your previous profile.

It's a tall order you're looking for though, so if I were you, I'd try to still be a little more specific as to what exactly a slave would get out of having you for an Owner.
They will be submitting their life to you, not just as a friend and partner, but as a subordinate. What do you and your wife offer as Owners to make it worth for somebody to make such a leap?

Specifically: what do you offer which will enhance your slave's life such that it's better under your governance than it would be if they were on their own? Because that, in my experience, is what prospective slaves care most to know.

I don't know if the search engines go this far back post move but the very first post I ever made here was asking for advice on how to write a decent profile.
I'd been in munches, been in clubs, knew how to meet a slave in real life, but had never done anything online before and had zero idea how or what or just flat out "huh"
been online for a bunch of months and got nada back so I went to the help desk-you fucking peeps (Well not you, but your predecessors. I'm not sure any forum regulars were here that far back).

It's amazing how helpful people are when you approach them with the proper attitude and ask. Also be grateful and thankful once the requested aid was given, even if I didn't like it.
I always thought part of my reception here on the forums was based in that humility.
I never got flak. I never got shit (That came later, when ya'll knew me!)
Instead I got lots of helpful pointers.
In fact, for about the first year, my profile was pretty much what fangsnfeet suggested to me on that thread, basically verbatim.
From such small beginnings, you fuckers made a monster.

I can't speak for other (submissive) women, but I do know that my hackles are up and claws bared every time I read about people (usually men) seeking a sub/slave in absolutely the same manner they might use in the process of engaging domestic staff. And I am someone who LOVES to do things for the person I care about.
- "The role entails..." (followed by a long list of prerequisites/demands). Well actually, in BDSM the role is negotiable - otherwise you are talking about a job. You are not going to get many applicants for a demanding job that offers no recompense.
- Failure to treat potential responders as people first and foremost. However submissive they might be, almost no one enjoys having their humanity overlooked. Those who do and will snap to it with a stranger...well, I'd wager money you are going to regret getting involved with them.
- I have and continue to work bloody hard to have built a life for myself I am proud of. This is tiring, emotionally demanding stuff. My interest in people who don't respect this is zero, as is my interest in working ten hours, then driving another one, to pick up someone's dirty socks who was too lazy to do it himself. Where is the fulfilment for a professional woman in this? Failure to have insight into this is not exactly an inspiring quality in a master. That is not a relationship, it is domestic servitude. If that's what you want, say so, anything else is attempting (in my view) to manipulate those of a submissive mindset into being your unpaid skivvy. Seriously not cool.
- All of the above goes double/treble when there is an established couple involved, because you just upped the (potential) neglect stakes to include emotional.

Join your local community and make friends. If a friendship develops, that's when it's appropriate to ask them to consider a different relationship. But if they don't like you folks as people, it's not going to happen.
