Data security experts told Fox that Guccifer's account of how he went about breaking into the unsecure emails of America's top diplomat checks out; this isn't forensic confirmation that he's telling the truth, but it's plausible on a technological level.

It is confirmed, however, that Guccifer did illegally access unofficial Clinton adviser Sidney Blumenthal's private emails, which is how the public discovered that she withheld official emails from public scrutiny. That hack exposed two lies: That Clinton had turned over every single work-related message on her server (she hadn't), and that Blumenthal had not acted an adviser to the Secretary of State in any capacity (he had). Clinton and her team have repeatedly asserted that her emails were not hacked. If the Romanian's story is confirmed, this will be yet another lie, of which there have been many over the course of this scandal

Judge Andrew Napolitano appeared on Fox Business Network this morning to react to a notorious Romanian hacker claiming that he easily and repeatedly breached Hillary Clinton's private email server when she was secretary of state in 2013.

Judge Napolitano noted that Marcel Lehel Lazar, who goes by the moniker "Guccifer," was immediately extradited from Romania to the U.S., where he faces a sentence of up to 100 years for his various crimes.

He said that having proof that Clinton's private email server was hacked would make it "nearly impossible" for the Justice Department not to charge her, and it would enhance punishment for her if she is indeed indicted, prosecuted and convicted.

Judge Napolitano added that this new development in the case goes directly against Clinton's claims, as she continues to adamantly deny that the server was ever breached.

"She really needs to stop being in a state of denial [kinda like the comrades here], because her legal situation is perilous."

Prosecutors and FBI agents investigating Hillary Clinton’s use of a personal email server have so far found scant evidence that the leading Democratic presidential candidate intended to break classification rules, though they are still probing the case aggressively with an eye on interviewing Clinton herself, according to U.S. officials familiar with the matter.

FBI agents on the case have been joined by federal prosecutors from the same office that successfully prosecuted 9/11 conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui — and who would handle any Edward Snowden case, should he ever return to the country, according to the U.S. officials familiar with the matter. And in recent weeks, prosecutors from the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Virginia and their FBI counterparts have been interviewing top Clinton aides as they seek to bring the case to a close.

CNN reported Thursday that longtime Clinton aide Huma Abedin was among those interviewed. A lawyer for Abedin did not immediately return an email seeking comment.

The involvement of the U.S. Attorney’s Office is not indicative that charges are imminent or even likely. One official said prosecutors are wrestling with the question of whether Clinton intended to violate the rules, and so far, the evidence seemed to indicate she did not.
