I find it interesting, amusing if it weren't so tragic, that the same people who assume that since you have contempt for rioters you have contempt for all blacks have no problem assuming that because there is one bad cop all of them are bad. They blame everything on a lack of personal responsibility, and wont accept, that personal responsibility has been a lie for decades.


Personal responsibility is only a lie to those who wish to abdicate it. Those who want to blame others for everything wrong in their lives while taking full credit for everything right.

There may be those who never see police wrongdoing. But there are others who can take note of it while seeing that there are instances in which the cop did nothing wrong:

Darren Young: Acquitted. "Hands up, don't shoot" is a lie.

Matt Kenny: Use of Lethal Force found to be lawful by outside investigators

Kevin Murtha: Did not use excessive force when he killied an armed man

Daniel Pantaleo: While it could be argued that the man should not have resisted arrest, Pantaleo should have at least been charged with manslaughter.

Peter Liang: Charged with several counts after his weapon "accidentally discharged", killing Akai Gurley who was walking in a stairwell.

Robert Bates: Shot an unarmed black man with what he thought was his Taser. Charged with manslaughter and should be.

But while we recognize that some cops are wrong and further training needs to be put into play, what rarely happens on here is someone from the left seeing anything wrong in these protests. When you say "well, looting and shooting and burning is wrong BUT you have to understand....", then that 'but', as my therapist taught me a long time ago, is about to be used to blame their indefensible behavior on something else.

And he's championing every cause the #BLM movement & supporters are concerned about, but until now he hasn't connected the dots behind his policies to show how inclusive he is as a candidate, and he hasn't fully embraced the black community as a whole. This weekend's rally was certainly a wake up call for him that he needed to do just that.

A lot of them are just curious, wont vote for him, but he IS drawing bigger crowds than almost anyone, R&D, except for maybe trump, and we all know why:)
If it fades, it fades...the GOP think hes a joke...more fool them.
I am not making prognostications cos well the GOP are way more fun at this moment in time..

The protesters were dumb to demand a special package, because Bernie is the package. But wrapping it all up in a bow under a Racial Justice page is great for the voters that have to be spoonfed their information.

And more importantly right now, I think some voters just need to hear the words 'black lives matter'.

Okay, seriously - he is going to "demilitarize" the police. So that future Fergusons and Baltimores go up like Roman Candles?

End the war on drugs. Like thats gonna happen. Like it would help? As theyre ratcheting up the war on cigarettes and big gulps on their other hand? Do you remember the guy selling untaxed smokes, who got his ass snuffed by the police in one of the most liberal cities there is?

Legalize it and then tax it, then bust heads over unpaid taxes. Right?

"Equal pay."

Why havent Democrats done that yet. Theyve had the power... Could it be because its more of their pie-in-the-sky class warfare, divide the population so they can fuck them bull shit?
