Can it be pleasurable? Yes it can.

The first time I experienced it, I was very shocked and surprised by the sensation and how good it felt. The urine is going to be at body temperature. So what you will feel against your skin is a very warm wet sensation similar to slowly pouring a warm cup of water on you.

The urine will have an aroma to it. This varies by person and the diet they eat. You may or may not enjoy that aroma.

Other things you should know. Urine is generally sterile in a person's bladder (if the person is healthy - know you partner). So urine watersports is not a general health concern.

To clarify also I was not the one desiring it. My Domme wanted it. I simply agreed to try it and was shocked about the experience being rather warm and soothing for me.
