Status: offline 		Remarkably disingenuous arguments, particularly those equating class discrimination of all, men and women, as proof women weren't particularly subject to not just voting but a host of legal exceptions compared to men. Only recently have women been other than chattel as far as inheritance goes, almost impossible to become property owners unless by action of the very privileged elite. A brief Google of Women's Property Rights time lines fully illuminates the Feminist narrative of Western history. In practice, things were almost always worse than the applicable statutes.

Feminists hate facts and would rather lie to us all and make out that all men had this evil conspiracy to oppress women. It's amazing how such ridiculous assumptions about men can be passed for political correctness.

Firstly, only recently? haha. Hyperbole galore. Secondly, no, women were not as a whole. Only old money families did arranged marriages. And guess what? The husband didn't have a choice neither. Feminists also leave that out of their literature about history of course. Feminists love only telling half of the story. The vast majority of women, like probably 98 percent of women, were not forced into arranged marriages. Feminists make out it was happening everywhere because they love using obnoxious hyperbole to make men look worse.

There is a lot of truth to this, although not all feminists are of the bourgeois, corporate variety. There are a few who seemingly support a more proletarian style of feminism, although they don't seem to get as much limelight as the more obnoxious ones.

If this is Nick, then I do have to ask: Could you at least post a few lines of summary with these videos? It's just easier to cut to the chase and get to the main points that way.

Once upon a time, women were expected to not read certain books because their minds couldn't cope with them - the general consensus in that age.

It's certainly an example of the comprehensive subjugation of women.

Time has shown that oppression is certainly not the preserve of 'class'; oppression comes in all shapes and sizes.

It would only take a cursory glance at history to spot the second class status of women in many spheres, if not all in any arena where men and women are competing.

Not that I particularly care, I'm not militant about these things, just an observation which to me is as clear as day.

I don't think women help themselves at time because even today they continue to be led down a path by men. Put yourself forward as consumed by shoes, hair and the rest of it; then yeah you'll be seen as dolls lacking a decent set of brain cells.

Haven't watched it, prefer an opinion as opposed to a link.

But, I think 'feminists', although I don't particularly have time for these terms and labels, are pretty much spot on with their opinions.

'The truth' is there in history for anyone to view.
