No, you are asking the imposible. I can't prove that I never said that. When this first came up I told you about when YOU said you were sure I had violated gun laws, and I told you that I had not. You show me where I said it. I am retired military, if I had been in jail I couldn't have gotten in. I worked at NSA, if I had been in jail I couldn't have gotten the clearances. I worked for our Sheriff's office, if I had been in jail I couldn't have done that. I have a ccw, if I had been in jail I couldn't have gotten that. I have bought guns from dealers, if I had been in jail I wouldn't have passed the background check. I still get my military retirement, if I had gone to jail that would have been cut off. Now you show me one shread of evidence that I have done time other than you want it to be true to distract from your homemade mace which you admitted was against the law there. It is a scurolus and slandrous lie and I want an apology. FIND PROOF, "I seem to remember" is not proof it is an excuse to lie about me. I could "seem to remember" that you admitted to child abuse, remember when you sent your stepson to the hospital, but it would still be self defence and not abuse.

I have one speeding ticket, and one citation because I was half asleep and didn't see an officer holding his hand up for me to stop. Other than that I have a spottless record. So I guess that may make me a model citizen. But I think I would remember if I spent time in jail, don't you? Tell me how I am supposed to prove a negative.

I can see where my post could have been misinterpreted. FD has admitted to owning a homemade mace and carrying it down the street to intimidate the thugs in his area. In England that is a serious crime. He was never charged, or convicted. However he has repeatedly admitted to this and defended it. That is what I was referring to. I said he was a felon, and he and I have gone over this enough times that he should have know that I meant he is an uncovicted felon. I find it to be important because he wants us to adopt laws that he won't follow.

Wrong, accusing me of being a convicted criminal is beyond insults. It is an outright lie. Are you saying now that your remembered it wrong, because I never said anything of the such. Right you want to leave that I am a convicted criminal so you can dismiss anything I say based on that lie. Meanwhile you can't post without telling us how much wiser you are and if we would just pass your laws everything would be ok. This while refusing to ovey the very laws you want us to. Regardless, he has repeated this accusation multiple times over the past week or so and he has not offered any supporting evidence and has ignored the fact that Bama has repeatedly denied it. He is the one that is making the accusation repeatedly. The onus is on him to prove it. If he can't he needs to stop saying it.

The fact that you can't find evidence that I said something I didn't say means I just have to accept it. If it exist you should be able to find it, if not you sould admit that you were wrong.. BTW in case you are aware of this, most lies are told as a commint so saying that it was a comment, not a lie, is disingenuous, and grossly misleading. A person being a convicted criminal, or ignoreing the very laws they are arguing for is relevant. It speaks to the veracity of what they say. You ignore your laws so you are either insincer in your advocacy or you think you are above the rest of us and only have to obey the laws they like. And it doesn't matter what law you want to believe I broke to go to jail it is a lie. Just admit you screwed up and we can go on.
