Oh you want to use lethal ground chilli peppers for that ;) But change the toilet paper first to one that has a pattern (little flowers or so) so it isn't so obvious and then put it on the handle where you flush too or the door knob to the toilet. We did that once in a frat house, one of our friends thought one of the guys was into her, the pig just took pics of her while in the act and then shared them with half the college, so we went to a party and prepared their toilets. We left when we heard the first screams and apparently it wasn't much of a success (the party) especially since we started a rumour that you can catch lice in your nether regions there ;) Not ashamed of that at all though, they deserved it.

I'll revisit this because it's been thought-provoking for me as I wax nostalgic. There are several choices I could have picked on past shame, things I may have felt ashamed about when I was younger, but those are isolated things (conditions, events, instances) which I had processed mentally as life lessons, and then either moved on with firm resolve, or else strove diligently to make progress.

Guilt and shame seem to be conjoined at the hip like Siamese twins, so rather than dwell in that precariously unsettling state of anxiety where a person can get themselves stuck in a rut, I have managed over the years to release myself of these burdensome emotions as best as I could.
Some emotionally charged issues have required a cathartic release.

Regret can fall into this category, and I admit that I do feel regretful at times. It makes no rational sense to wish you could go back in time and do things differently, handled matters differently than you did. You know you have to accept that what's done is done, just don't let history repeat itself. Break self-defeating habit patterns, do whatever it takes to get back on the right track where you can keep moving forward in life. At the very least, stop for a moment to ask yourself whether you are setting yourself up for future regret, and catch yourself in time to ensure you get the desired outcome next go round.
