Seems legit.

Although I think Kim Davis is now owed an apology.

Musselmen perhaps?

that's an archaic and rarely used synonym/reference, for muslims that has its origins in Turkish. sometimes I see it in older English and American literature.

ah---that is an American (if not english too) designation for muslims that was used heavily at one time but which the muslims actually reject and educate against...

Must have his new VA glass's on and missed that little Gem of Truth, People forget to look through the lower part of the glass's for reading the upper part for distance.....

He should forgo that word in his attempt to be hateful ( TOS Violation) it would of made more sense to use WAHABI has 1 sense:

1. a member of a strictly orthodox Sunni Muslim sect from Saudi Arabia; strives to purify Islamic beliefs and rejects any innovation occurring after the 3rd century of Islam

Cause that seems the intent of this really terrible post.

The whole issue really had little to do about alcohol delivery as much more about why the two drivers were denied the ability to switch or trade loads with other drivers
( a well establish practice within the company).... but in your rush Bama you missed that little difference. Most Muslim in America are not Wahbi. They simply be moderates wanting innovations
in faith denied by the wahbi sect view of less is better. Look at it this way Christians have West Borough Baptists and Anita Bryant, Muslim have the wahbi, but feel free to show everyone, that
you ascribe the actions of a minority onto the majority...lol

I don't think its a perfect parallel between this, and the pizza shop and in particular, the bakery scenario, but it would be interesting to see everyone who raised such an alarm over the bakery to make a moral and legal distinction between the cases...

i suppose I already know the answer to this, but you have to be kidding right? "his attempt to be hateful??"

as to your "gem of truth"---please go back and read my post #6.

and the intent of the "terrible post" is to merely highlight an apparent double standard when it comes to accommodating the religious tenets/freedom of muslims, but not for Christians. it actually has nothing derogatory at all to do with islam.

You have a point.

Refusing to ACCEPT a job, because it is against your Christian faith : BAD

Refusing to COMPLETE a job that you have already ACCEPTED, because it is against your Muslim faith: GOOD

In a world where rights are no longer equal, it is hard to keep track of whose rights still exist, and whose don't.

I'm going to need a more complete play book for when any particular religion is permitted or not permitted to be used as an excuse for not doing business in a manner a person finds objectionable to their faith.

I hope your post is not an invite to a spamming.... but as you asked I read post six.... you offer lots of options, maybe just a few to many....

Bama like this type of attention to his posts. if he is upset he will let me know (I will stand ready to address his concerns....). Now if your Muslim in America that is ok. but Bama
used Moslem. which when applied to Muslim is inaccurate. Being inaccurate is being insulting, insults are not offered in friendship so they default to being hateful. Information is
great but only when applied properly to the situation at hand. Muslim are trying to be part of the greater world, while Moslems are happy with limiting the outside world.

I hope that clarifies better for you that insults come in all forms and degrees.... Moslems to most Muslims are like Christians are to West Borough Baptists.... combining the two is an
insult to the other.

oh and thank you but you ascribing my words in insult as a "GEM OF TRUTH" really ties the package up nicely.... your free to explain the context of the gem, but rest assured most here
already now the meaning and intent of the insult.... please lets not argue about this..... it is just your opinion compared to mine... and in your world it likely works great for you... as the
same can be said in mine.

I like to build positive dialog, do you?

Have a great day, your the best reply in a long time..... Thank you

the only problem is now your interfering with the accommodations the employer routinely allowed the drivers to make. The award of judgement was not related to a Muslim or Moslem (two different meanings)
it was more simply because it was to the jury.... likely very Christian, that the issue was the failure to allow drivers to switch loads between themselves.
