First, nothing above contradicts anything I said. I said that according to the link, this shooting did not fit the definition of serial murder nor mass murder. So your point is?
Second, if you really want to talk about the inclusion of spree murder, which apparently you do because of your quote that specifically included the term, nice try with clipping the paragraph your quote came from, but let's look at it in its entirety:

Because it creates arbitrary guidelines, the confusion surrounding this concept led the majority of attendees to advocate disregarding the use of spree murder as a separate category. The designation does not provide any real benefit for use by law enforcement.
