Bernie does not seem to have concerns about the deficit, but very focus on how to get more taxes to get more money to help the needy. Which is good and idealistic.

And an economic black hole.

have you seen the new spending bill?

Yes.

Doesn't say how many people fit into each bracket but a very revealing chart. HERE

A few interesting facts: Taxes were raised in the 30's during the depression. There were years when there were two 7 figure brackets. Between 1873 and 1893...NO income tax at all.

There have been years when the bottom rate was 20+%, that's right. If you made $2000 in a year, the feds took...$400 !!

Notice that in a few years there were no brackets, some 1 or two brackets and in a few there were as many as 56 tax brackets.

Un-fucking-believable.

Really? When Eisenhower had a 91% tax on the top bracket, unemployment and inflation were both extremely low. Bernie has already said he wouldn't go nearly that high.

I am curious during the year where he was President. How many people qualified for the 90% bracket. Infact, how many people qualified for 50% bracket and above.

What were their earnings. And what was cost of living like back then?

And I'm curious about gay midget porn. Lucky for both of us, Google can find it all.

What you are saying is that the tax rate was 91% of the total. When in fact it was 91% of the uppermost portion of the total? Not exactly the same thing now is it?
